Vistan is an independent service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or officially affiliated with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, Snapchat or other third-party platforms unless expressly stated.

Vistan’s own branding, website design, software and original content remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party content remains subject to the rights of its owners.
6. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every URL, or that a third-party platform will continue to support a particular URL or feature.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose.
